Group sessions are in person only, it's THE best support system.
You can just turn up on a Tuesday at 3:30pm, 5:30pm or 7:30pm to join. To save a couple of minutes form filling on the day you can enrol beforehand by completing the online form.

Our group is held in the Davy Suite which is at the back of the building towards the railway station. There is free parking for members.
